Lennart Pieper is a german recording engineer and producer, specialized in Classical, Jazz & Hip-Hop and currently based in Munich, Germany. He began his musical journey at an early age, learning violin before switching to cello at the age of seven, and later adding piano to his instrumental repertoire. At the age of 14, he began writing and producing his own music.

Beside his Audio Engineering Diploma at the SAE Institute, Lennart also holds a Master’s degree in Classical Cello Performance. He studied with Prof. Julius Berger (Bachelor of Music) and Prof. Jakob Spahn (Master of Music). Masterclasses and lessons with Julian Steckel, Götz Teutsch or Danjulo Ishizaka, among others, accompanied his studies. Between 2014 and 2022, he played in various orchestras and toured worldwide in countries like Poland, China, Germany and the United States.

In his work as an engineer, Lennart draws directly on his background as an experienced and performing musician. His deep understanding of musical structure and creative interpretation, combined with highly developed listening skills, enables him to communicate efficiently with artists, make precise artistic decisions, and shape recordings with both technical accuracy and musical sensitivity.
